Please,help!

I begin to solve problems from this site a month ago. I had registered, but I couldn't save my Judje_ID more then for a day. So how can I save it for a long time? Thank you for an answer.

Just write it somewhere on your wall, it does not change over time.

What does it mean "to save Judge_ID"?
