Done RLE , but WA

WA in test #1. I've done bitwise RLE but WA.
Any suggestion ?

Here WA means one of
1) CE of output :)
2) output is larger than input
3) output of output is not identical to input

RLE does not work on English well, I suppose.

Try something else. Think about what properties an English text has.
