You're not the only one who has noticed the thing, but you can not be so angry, but I'd better say thanks even for that. The real problems of the contest were not composed by USU people, and it was found that they didn't receive appropriate permission to publish the problems&tests in the Web.
So, another contest was uploaded not to upset the ACM-ers. They simply forgot to change the name.
