Can anybody explain me why for the Input#1 the answer is NO but for
Input#2 - YES. The data is similar except the amount of policemen. The
planet where museum is situated is #1 then we shouldn't use policemen
for planet #2 and planet #3 (according to the text of the task). And
we shouldn't use policemen for planet #4 because it is next to #5
where thief is. So for each of the data cases we have the similar
input but different answers. Who can explain me that fact?
