From FAQ,I only know it's depend the average attempts before author
got accepted,but i want's to know the details,as I have set up a
Online Judge web(http://acm.pku.edu.cn/JudgeOnline/),and i want to
supply the difficulty of each problem,but i don't know how should i
got the difficulty from those data.Any wan,thanks ni advance
