How come 3 ppl got more AC problems than total number of problems ?

I got AC on all problems on this site, still there are 3 that
apparently solved more. I solved all 228 problems and some ppl got
234 problems. Can anyone tell me how to get AC on (inexistent)
problem 1040 ?!

They've solved NEERC-2002 problems from neerc.ifmo.ru. You may solve them and sumbit too (+)

Though I think it isn't fairly to submit problems which were not
added to the archive.
