I don`t see no english or russion solution.
But Denis Nazarov solved them.
And he said then this problem is posted in neerc 2002
=> russion tronslation is exists.

I think admins have more interesting problems in their life .... (+)

The problems have not a russian version, because their authors
created them in English, not in Russain !!!
