There is an error in the task description

Task 1019 has an annoying error. Task reads "You may assume that 0 <
ai <= bi < 10**9". I got many WA because of this. What you should do
is actually ignore every line for which ai > bi.

There's no such case, but there exist ai = bi, in which you may ignore the line (-)
