Can anybody tell me the proper way for undergraduate to
learn DP ?. I do not understand why someone can get the
idea about the DP solution, is it because they know it
before or there is a method to generate the solution ?.

Last but not least, can anyone point out which problems
solution in this online judge are using DP.
