As the contest director I apologize for incorrect tests in
problems A(1116) and F (1121). There was never such a
mistake before and I will do my best to make this
impossible in future. Now the tests are corrected.
By the way, those responsible for this mistakes have been
dismissed from the university.

Wow,
dismissing people for wrong test data is like chopping
someones hand off for stealing. If this is true I doubt
that someone(student) from your university will volountier
to create test data in the future.

Well, they had many more reasons to be dismissed.
The problems on the last contest was not the only reason.
They just did not study good.
