What can be the reason of getting Access_Violation ???

What can be the reason of getting Access_Violation ???
I got it on the problem 1119 but have no idea what is the
reason. I know that some headache with access violation
appear when we use dynamic memory wrongly. But what if I
use only static memory and get "Crash (Access_Violation)"?

It may be range check (or arrayoutofbounds) error.
