Can you tell me how do you solve 1040?I wrote a full
optimized backtrack and get a W.A after the 2nd second.I
see that most of the solutions get accepted after 0.2 secs.

Also I can't get 1043 to work.What methods do you use to
solve it?I find the coordinates of the center of the circle
and see if the upmost etc. points are within the arc if
they aren't i get the max/min of both ends of the arc.

I can't understand 1011 whats so special of 15 when q=13.1,
p=14??
