Had WA 16 because i checked if the plates can fit with > instead of >= (the upper part of the plates can touch.)

Also, if the height of the box is smaller than the plates, and the plates margin fall out of the box, don't forget that their full margins can't touch each other!
Example test:

1 3
1 3
2

Answer: NO
