ouput is a single letter such as A K and I
NOT “ABCD” or what have you .

Guys my code returns "A" for that test case, but still WA 12. Any ideas?

Nvm. Another useful tc could be: "Kbzbkaba". If your sol outputs "aba" it's wrong, it should be "bzb".
