Solution is very simple but I couldn`t firstly find it. It is a set of equations, everybody learned it at school. Simply try to solve this: y+z=t and v*y+x*z=h, where Y is MIN time and Z is t-MIN time. Try to find MAX by yourself. Sorry for my awful English. Good luck:)
