There is only one sentence about choosing car: "If there are several cars available, the car with the lexicographically smaller id is chosen".
According to this rule agent K chose car with ID ab891ah.
But agent J used car with ID pq123bu which lexicographically greater than ID aa890bu (car with this ID is also available).
