N=5,K=10 the answer is 87480
N=6,K=10 the answer is 866781
N=7,K=10 the answer is 8588349
N=6,K=2 the answer is 13

I have solved this problem,but I got WA on test #2.When n=6,k=10 I get answer 866781 and others tests I get right answer.What is the test #2???????????????

You are not right because k = 2 => all numerals < 2. Ok?
