Test #3 is Wrong

the test 3 is:
number: 1
answer 1

but is 11...
Why? for example in the test 4
the number is 0
and the answer is 10
!!!

Your task is to find the minimal POSITIVE integer number Q. (-)

Q=0 is NOT positive, and Q=1 is. (-)

i'm sure about my program...
i tested it for anynumber between 1 and 100000000.....
