After TLE 132 I've added this line:
if (clock() - Start > 990) return Win[h] = 1;

Maybe some new tests should be added?
Or really there is only one worst case and answer to it is always ;) ??

I can't find a good test for you :( So, let it be AC now, but in future it may become WA...
