Discussion of Problem 1077. Travelling Tours

I can't get problem, please help!

Does every tour always passes through the first city? There said, that it starts and ends in T1. Every tour in sample starts and ends in 1st vertice. So T1 = 1 or not?

No. T1 is not always equal to 1.
