Should we out "HIT" if:
1) The dart hits the board right on the boundary?
2) The dart hits the board at the T=0?

What are the limitations? (Is double enough?)
What EPS is enough for us?

Turned out I forgout about D=0.

But these questions (especially about limitations) should be mentioned in the statement. I think.
