Some tests are wrong:

Test 59:

 Input:
  8
  c2 b4 a1

 Output ( jury ):
  BLACK WINS // it isn't true

 Output ( my ):
  WHITE WINS // it is true

See chessboard:

..W...
K.....

White pawn can jump from c2 to c4. Black pawn can't block
it. Then WHITE player WINs the game.
